TPS Promotions & Incentives (“TPS P&I”) is an official provider of Schneider Electric branded merchandise.
For any enquiries related to your order, returns or exchanges, please contact TPS P&I Customer Care at: schneiderelectricCS@tpscan.com or 1–877-387-7226. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm EST.
TPS P&I will accept returns or exchanges for products in their original packaging and condition, provided that the customer notifies TPS P&I Customer Care by phone or email of its intent to return or exchange the item within 30 days from customer’s receipt of the item.
For returns and exchanges, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipments, except where the product is damaged or defective.
